Apple’s latest offering is the iPhone 14. Even if its price has lately increased, as has the price of the rest of the brand’s smartphones, discounts continue to make it more appealing. This is now the case, since the iPhone 14 is reduced from 1,019 euros to 879 euros.
You’ve probably noticed that Apple chose to drastically raise the pricing of its devices a few months ago. As a result, the references of the most current iPhone 14 series are approximately 15% more costly than the models of previous year. To sweeten the deal a little, it is best to wait for a promotion. Specifically, the iPhone 14, which has had its share of advancements, is presently discounted by 140 euros, making its value for money more appealing.

NEAT FINISHES AND A BEAUTIFUL OLED SCREEN
The iPhone 14 benefits from tidy finishes, as do its elders and the other models in Apple’s new range of smartphones announced in September. The design of this reference, however, will not be innovative in comparison to the previous generation: it will always take the same rectangular shape, the same rounded edges in brushed metal, and the same glass back, but this is not always a negative thing because handling will be simple.

The iPhone 14’s screen is not to be outdone: it features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED panel with good brightness and endless contrasts. The only drawback is that the iPhone 14 lacks a 120 Hz refresh rate, which is reserved for the most expensive models in the lineup. The frequency is set to 60 hertz. It’s also worth noting that the TrueTone option, which automatically adjusts brightness and colorimetry based on the lighting circumstances, will be included.
A LITTLE POWER BOOST
Unlike in the past, Apple has decided not to use a new processor to push the iPhone 14. The latter is thus powered by the A15 Bionic processor, as was the case with the iPhone 13 Pro, whilst the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max are equipped with the A16 SoC. The iPhone 14 retains a minor power advantage over the previous model, but with little modification. The chip, on the other hand, will allow you to run any program, even demanding games, with flawless smoothness.
In terms of battery life, the Californian business has opted for a more intriguing autonomy than its prior models. As a result, the apple phone can withstand two days of use without flinching. Despite its remarkable durability, we will be disappointed by its sluggish charging.
A BETTER PHOTO MODULE
One of the most noticeable differences between the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 13 is in the picture department. On this new model, we discover a stabilized 12 megapixel primary sensor with photosites of 1.9 m and a lens opening of f/1.5. According to Apple, this doubles the speed of night mode and boosts low-light performance by 49%. The selfie camera has also been improved with autofocus. Overall, the iPhone 14 performs admirably in good light and has a quite effective night mode. However, when put to the test, such as in portrait mode, night selfie mode, or even backlight, the image is disappointingly less convincing.
