A fan is essential for warm temperatures in the spring and summer. In today’s world, you can buy a fan in almost any form factor and size, and if you’re on the road, you may prefer a smaller fan.
A little portable fan may not seem perfect, but our evaluation focuses on the JISULIFE handheld fan Pro1S. Compared to many other portable handle fans on the market, this one stands out for its compact size while yet producing plenty of air.

Performance
Just to get started, the fan comes with a USB-C to USB-A charging connection, a handbook, and a hook attachment for attaching the fan to a backpack.
In terms of performance, the fan can produce an impressive amount of air. The fan speed option ranges from 0 to 100, and as you increase the fan speed, it gradually becomes substantially quicker. Even with the fan set at 40%, I believe it would be adequate for the majority of people’s needs.
However, if you’re outside on a hot summer day when the temperature is 80 degrees or more, you may need to turn up the fan’s power to at least 40%, if not 100%. The reason you’re unlikely to always set the fan to 100% is due to the noise. Because the fans’ blades are narrow and spin quickly, they may be fairly noisy; but, if you’re outside in oven-baking weather, you probably won’t mind the fan noise.
To further grasp the fan’s speed and loudness, I recommend viewing review videos of the JISULIFE Pro1S fan, as a review article cannot explain exactly how much air and noise the fan produces. That being said, I wouldn’t anticipate this much air from such a little fan, and it can keep you cool in the correct conditions. JISULIFE performed an excellent job in terms of performance, especially given the fan’s small size.
Design
The portable fan measures 6.5 inches long and weighs about 9 ounces. The power switch is located at the rear of the fan, and you must activate it before pressing the dial at the front to turn it on. When the fan goes on, the display at the front illuminates, and the fan’s screen is bright and simple to see.
A few seconds after the screen turns on, it displays the battery % before switching to the fan speed. The dial on the front of the fan is used to control the fan speed, and it is really responsive.
The USB-C charging connector is located at the back of the fan and has a recharge speed of 18W, thus I recommend using an 18W USB-A Quick Charge port or an 18W USB-C PD port. For my testing, I recharged the fan via a USB-C connector, which could charge at 18W.
In addition, the JISULIFE Pro1S fan has excellent build quality. The fan’s body is constructed of metal, and its weight is less than one pound. Of course, I recommend that you take care not to drop it, but everything is still properly put together.

Overall, the JISULIFE portable fan Pro1S is a creatively designed fan. The fan has taken various shapes, and this is one of the more interesting and practical ones I’ve lately seen. If you want an effective little handheld fan that will keep you cool and is portable on a hot summer day, this is an excellent choice.
