Neck fans are an alternative method to utilize fans, and I welcome them to the market. When it comes to whole-room fans, the fan is a given, but seeing a fan that can wrap around your neck is really cool. This JisuLife Neck Fan Pro3 in this review is an upgraded version of the Pro1 fan, so let’s see how it holds up.
The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 has an internal and external adjustable neck band at a 15-degree angle, breathable silicone cushions for comfort, 100-speed limitless wind adjustment, and a powerful wind.

The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 is a portable neck fan with a built-in 600 mAh battery with vents to keep you cool. On one side of the neckband, you’ll find the power button and rotary airflow control. On the other side, there is a “ION” switch. A silicone cushion is located on the inside back where it rests against your neck for further comfort. A USB-C charging connector may be found on the bottom of the fan. The fan’s two sides may be adjusted in and out using a hinged mechanism located just past the center of either side. The gadget is entirely composed of hard plastic.
Performance
When I pulled the Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 out of the package, the first thing I did was charge it using the USB-C connector. The device features an LED display that indicates both the charging percentage and the airflow level.
In terms of power, the Pro3 fan produces more air than the Pro1 fan. I performed a printer paper test against the Pro1 and discovered that the Pro3 can produce more air to move the piece of paper.
On the other side of the neckband is the ION on/off switch. The Negative Ion function on the JisuLife Pro3 distinguishes it from the Pro1 and other neck brands. With the push of a button, you may activate the fan’s Negative Ion function, which filters the air that flows past it. This function is meant to clean and chill the air given to you.
When you place this fan around your neck, there are two hinges that allow you to enlarge the aperture of the neckband to accommodate different neck sizes. And even though more air is coming, you still have to deal with the noise level that comes switch increasing the fan speed.
If you want a good mix of air and noise, I recommend keeping it under 50%. When you have a fan set to more than 50%, the noise level rises significantly, making it difficult to hear what is going on around you.
This Pro 3 fan has a 6,000mAh battery, about 1,000mAh larger than the Pro 1, so you get a longer runtime. Also, recharging is faster, with an 18W fast recharge rate via its USB-C port.
The Pro 3 fan’s physical form factor differs significantly from the Pro 1, since it is more robust while being lightweight at only 14 ounces. You may adjust the fan’s tightness, and if you tighten it enough, it can be used for workout.
The power button and dial positioning on this Pro 3 fan are inconvenient since they are too high and difficult to reach. The fan speed may be adjusted via a dial, and the remaining battery capacity and fan speed are displayed on a screen. The Negative Ion feature features a power button.
Best Pros:
- Great stylish design
- Great air vent placement and airflow
- Fast charging
Cons:
- NONE Yet
Conclusion
The Jisulife Neck Fan Pro 3 is a wonderful enhancement over the original Neck Fan Pro. It feels excellent in my hands, and the option to unzip the gadget to accommodate wider necks is fantastic. The airflow is also improved over the original fan, and the vents appear to be better positioned to give greater cooling. Well done.
