Hard Case P28K : is a phone with 28,000mAh huge battery!

My former colleague Vlad informed you about an 18,000mAh battery that contained a phone four years ago. I’m happy to let you know that Avenir Telecom is back at it again, but this time it’s crammed a smartphone with a 28,000mAh battery. In this industry, we refer to that as advancement. The phone is known as the Hard Case P28K.

It will be marketed under the Energizer name (which Avenir licenses from the battery manufacturer) much like its predecessor did. According to the manufacturer, the P28K’s battery is powerful enough to support normal use for a whole week. In order to withstand the types of off-grid activities you would want to go on while away from a charging source, the gadget also has a rather tough IP69 rating. Standby time is rated for up to 2252 hours, or over 94 days, while talk time is rated for 122 hours, or little over five days.

The fact that it is an absolute unit is a drawback. The Hard Case P28K weighs 570g and is 27.8 mm thick, which is more than three times the thickness and weight of an iPhone 15. So, see, if you’re looking for something sleek, don’t get this. We’ve followed up with Avenir Telecom to get an idea of how long it would take to completely charge, and it can be fast charged at up to 33W.

It has entry-level specs if you must insist on using it like a typical smartphone. Its MediaTek MT6789 CPU is mediocre, and there is no 5G. Along with Android 14, a 6.78-inch 1080p LCD screen, three back cameras, 256GB of storage, and 8GB of RAM are all included.

When the Energizer Hard Case P28K goes on sale in October of this year, Avenir Telecom intends to offer it for €249.99. Though not in the US, it will be accessible elsewhere.
