Meta Quest Charts: The next major VR release fails to make the top 10.

Once again, the Meta Quest charts demonstrate that casual gaming and social VR experiences dominate. Animal Company has taken the top spot in both chart listings, relegating Gorilla Tag to second place. Beat Saber remains at number three in both polls, indicating that it is still a fan favorite in the VR world.

Scary Baboon has risen to fourth place in the sales charts, a significant improvement from eighth place the previous week. This horror multiplayer game, in which players flee from horrifying simian monsters, appears to have struck a chord with Quest fans.

While budget-friendly VR games and free-to-play titles often rule the Quest charts, larger releases are frequently overlooked. For example, the newly released Civilization 7 VR only ranked 12th on both charts. Its steep $59.99 price tag could be partially to blame. Even more dramatic is the end of the visually gorgeous VR game Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate. It dropped from 11th position last week to 46th place.
