Last week, Indian stores displayed posters of the vivo V30 and vivo V30 Pro in anticipation of the duo’s introduction, but vivo has yet to comment on the pair’s debut in India. The firm has now stated that the V30 and V30 Pro would be “coming soon” to India.
Vivo has created a marketing page for the V30 and V30 Pro on its official Indian website, foreshadowing the V30 pair’s arrival in India. Vivo has not yet confirmed the debut date, but it has shown us a preview of the V30 Pro’s design and revealed three color possibilities for the Indian market: Classic Black, Andaman Blue, and Peacock Green.
According to vivo, these are “designed for India colors” because Peacock Green is inspired by the plumage of India’s national bird, the Peacock, and Andaman Blue “celebrates the vibrant spirit of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, embodying the rich hues of the Indian Ocean.”
The vivo V30 Pro will include a triple camera arrangement on the back, with 50MP main (with OIS), 50MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto units. It will also have a squircle-shaped flash dubbed Aura Light Portrait.
Furthermore, the vivo V30 Pro, dubbed the “slimmest phone of 2024,” will have ZEISS tuning and ZEISS Style Portrait filters like as Biotar, Sonar, Cine-flare, Cinematic, Planar, and Distagon. We’ve seen them on Vivo’s X-series phones before, and the V30 Pro will be the first V-series smartphone to use these ZEISS filters. It’s also the first V-series smartphone to include ZEISS improvements.
The Pro will include a 120Hz curved display and a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera, which, according to vivo Thailand, will employ a 50MP sensor. The smartphone’s battery capacity has also been verified to be 5,000 mAh. The V30 Pro’s specifications and features will be revealed on February 28 when it launches in Thailand.
The mobile isn’t a new smartphone. It was unveiled earlier this month, so we know what it offers. vivo also introduced the V30 Lite, but it’s not coming to India, at least not with the V30 and V30 Pro.
