The next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked will take place today, February 1st. Samsung is anticipated to introduce the Galaxy S23 smartphone line.
The Korean tech behemoth shared the above teaser image on its social media channels, with three spotlights apparently signifying the three back cameras of the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is expected to look quite similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
The same hint is less quietly hinted on Samsung’s US website with the graphic below, which implores you to ‘Reserve nooow’ with three Os clearly three camera lenses as per S23 Ultra leaks:
The S23 Ultra will very certainly be released alongside the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus. It appears that at least one new Galaxy Book laptop will be unveiled at the event.
We know this because Samsung is already allowing buyers in the US to “reserve the next Galaxy smartphone or Galaxy Book” on the (yet-unannounced) pre-order day, with the chance to win a $50 Samsung Credit if you pre-order one device or a $100 Samsung Credit if you pre-order both.

What will be announced at Samsung Galaxy Unpacked?
We’re very sure we’ll see the new Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra, owing to leaks and clues from Samsung. According to leaks and teases, the Ultra will look very similar to the S22 Ultra, while the S23 and S23 Plus will look somewhat different but will be iterative improvements.
Samsung is unlikely to reveal any new wearables, such as a Galaxy Watch.
Following the introduction of the Galaxy Book 2 360, Galaxy Book Pro, and Galaxy Book Pro 360 in 2022, the Galaxy Book 3 series of laptops seems more plausible.
It wouldn’t be a full Unpacked without something additional, but leaks on anything else are less reliable, so we’ll have to wait and see.
All will be unveiled on February 1 at 10 a.m. PT/1 p.m. ET/6 p.m. UK.
